Under age-rated “R” features

Guests under the age of 17, who are unattended and do not have a guardian (age 21 or older) attending the movie in its entirety will not be allowed a refund for buying online tickets for a rated “R” feature.


Online Movie Ticket Purchase

Our current system does not allow refunds to be done online. Refunds do not include the service charge. Once the showtime for the movie ticket has passed, movie tickets are no longer refundable.

  1. Refunds before the showtime can be obtained thru our contact us page on our website schulmantheatres.com. Please allow time for us to respond.
  2. You may also contact us by phone.
  3. Show up at the box office 30 minutes before showtime to receive your refund.

Your confirmation page and the purchasing credit card need to be available to receive your refund. Depending on your bank a refund can take from 5 to 7 days to show up on your bank account.

Refunds for tickets bought from Fandango

Tickets that were purchased through Fandango and not Schulman theatres.com may be refunded through Fandango. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-800-326-3264 or request a refund through Fandango’s customer service form. If you have any further questions regarding Fandango policies and procedures, please visit fandango.com for more information.

30 Minute policy

Once the movies showtime for the movie has started you have 30 minutes to determine if you would like your money back for this film. We dont offer refunds to guest that watch the movie past the 30 minute mark of the advertised showtime.

Extra tickets

We do not offer refunds for extra tickets purchased. Example if you buy 3 tickets and 1 person does not show up.
